Barbara Ann Schulz

Age 68, of McKees Rocks, passed away with her family by her side at Sewickley Hospital on October 7, 2021.

Barb loved her family and friends and would do anything for anyone especially her daughters. She was a loving mother and best friend to many, always with a kind and gentle shoulder to lean on.

Barb was a beloved fan of her Pittsburgh Steelers cheering them on for many decades and rarely missing a game.

Barb retired from Highmark and most recently worked in registration at Heritage Valley – Kennedy, where she met lifelong friends at both.

Preceded in death by husband Dennis Schulz, and her parents Walter and Patricia Kirk.

Survived by daughters Kimberley Killen of McKees Rocks PA, Bonnie (Ken) Haines of Melrose MT, brothers Wally Kirk of McKees Rocks PA, Billy (Sheila) Kirk of McKees Rocks PA, nephew Bill Kirk Jr of McKees Rocks PA, niece Holly Kirk of McKees Rocks PA and great nephew and niece Jason and Michelle Kirk of McKees Rocks PA.

And grandchildren Chelsa (Austin) Flint of Washington PA, Cody (Loreal) Haines of Melrose MT, Alisha Haines of Washington PA, Marcus Haines of Melrose MT and Averie Haines of Washington PA; great-grandchildren Reese, Pierce and Jude Flint of Washington PA.

Family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 SATURDAY at McDermott Funeral Home, Inc., 1225 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, where a Blessing Service will be held 11:00 AM MONDAY. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
